THE BANKING ACT
Regulations made by the Minister under sections 99 and
101(1)(b) of the Banking Act
1. These regulations may be cited as the Banking (Compoundable Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
2. In these regulations –
“principal regulations” means the Banking (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2008.
3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the word “sections”, the words “64B(2), 96C(5),”.
